On the morning of 20 August, Xinxing Gear held its 2026 “Serving the Nation through Technology · Building Dreams for the Future” College Admission Award Ceremony for Employees’ Children in the training room on the first floor of the company. Chairman Li Xingming, General Manager Xu Wenwu, and other company leaders attended the ceremony, joining the successful students and representatives of their parents to celebrate this special and heartwarming occasion.

General Manager Xu first extended, on behalf of the company, his warm congratulations to all the students who achieved outstanding results in this year’s National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao). He also expressed his sincere respect and appreciation to the employee parents for their years of dedication and hard work in supporting and educating their children.

The Human Resources Department then announced the list of award recipients and their children for 2026. This year, six employees’ children were admitted to universities including Fudan University and Chang’an University with excellent academic results. Based on the category of the university to which each student was admitted, the company presented each family with a one-off award ranging from RMB 2,000 to RMB 15,000.

In a warm and celebratory atmosphere, Chairman Li personally presented the awards and certificates to each student and took commemorative photographs with them. In his remarks, he shared three messages with the students:

Stay true to your original aspirations and always be grateful — remember the quiet sacrifices, hard work and unwavering support of your parents;

Maintain your drive and keep learning — regard university as a new starting point, deepen your professional knowledge and strengthen your practical capabilities;

Keep your country in your heart while remaining grounded — regardless of the industry you enter or where your future takes you, strive to become a person who contributes positively to society.

A representative of the award-winning employees shared personal experiences and reflections on supporting their children’s education, while expressing appreciation for the company’s care for its employees and their families. A student representative also expressed gratitude to their parents for their upbringing and to the company for its support, pledging to study diligently at university, make the most of their youth and repay the support of both their families and the company through outstanding achievements.

Education is fundamental to national development, and talent is the foundation of a strong manufacturing nation. Xinxing Gear has always upheld a people-oriented approach and remained committed to the wellbeing of its employees. The establishment of the “Serving the Nation through Technology · Building Dreams for the Future” College Admission Award reflects not only the company’s genuine care for employees and their families, but also its active response to China’s call for greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology.
