Recently, Xinxing Gear held a grand closing and review meeting for its 2026 graduate induction training programme. Following a systematic and professionally structured period of intensive training, all participants successfully completed their learning assignments and passed the assessments with outstanding results. This marks the official arrival of another group of young professionals into the Xinxing Gear family, bringing fresh momentum to the company’s high-quality development.

The meeting opened with remarks from Feng Bo, Head of the Technical Department. Feng encouraged the graduates to establish themselves on the front line, deepen their technical expertise and translate what they had learnt during training into tangible performance in their roles. Hu Meilin, Head of the Human Resources Department, then announced the training assessment results.
